HIRING: 1 year round, part time (20-30 hrs/week) employee for our family owned and operated cleaning service. For someone who is a good fit and interested in more hours this could develop into a full time position.
As a cleaner with Array Cleaning Service you will be part of a small, tight-knit team servicing a variety of clients including: residential homes, condos, offices, commercial janitorial accounts, vacation rentals, and one time projects like deep cleanings. Get to comfortably know regular clients who are on a routine schedule, but also work in a variety of settings and buildings. Some projects are able to be flexibly scheduled if you have school hours, another job, or kids to work around!
Duties
- Cleaning of full homes, condos, offices, and commercial buildings.
Includes: bathrooms, kitchens, general dusting, windows/glass, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping floors, emptying trashes, and sometimes making beds.
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
-Occasional laundry and bed making.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals. Company provides all chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be physically comfortable kneeling, scrubbing, mopping, and wearing a backpack vacuum cleaner (used in both residential and commercial settings).
-Must be a licensed driver. A company vehicle will be provided when you're asked to drive independently. You will not be expected to use your personal vehicle.
-Reliability and punctuality are essential. We are looking for team members we can count on to show up as agreed upon. Flexibility is a benefit of this position- we are a small team and happy to work around your family or days you need off if advance notice is provided. But, we are looking for someone TRUSTWORTHY & RELIABLE!
Details
-Weekly pay (Friday) via direct deposit.
-Pay rate negotiable, based on experience. Performance raises are offered annually.
-Busiest days are Wed-Sun during the Summer (May-Aug).
- Part Time. Summer hours could easily be Full Time (if desired). The rest of the year, Wed-Fri are our busiest days and weekends are more optional and rotated among our team (in the off season you may be asked to work one or two weekends a month). Willingness to work in multiple settings (residential, commercial buildings, vacation rentals, etc) increases the variety and amount of work which we can schedule you for!
