Pay: $24/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
HH Staffing is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assist with data entry into new accounting software with high accuracy
- Support the reconciliation of accounts, ensuring all entries are aligned
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Maintain records and file all invoices, receipts, and payments
- Generate reports and track outstanding balances
- Communicate with vendors or stakeholders regarding discrepancies or clarifications
- Ensure financial transactions are properly documented and organized
Position Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Adaptability to new software and systems
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in data entry and managing financial records
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience with new system implementation is a plus)
- Competence in account reconciliation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
