Sales Finance Manager
Job Summary :
The Sales Finance Manager will lead data management and analysis related to Revenue, Sales Pipeline analytics, and Sales Pipeline reporting. This position will focus on North America Sales Pipeline business and work heavily in Salesforce and partner closely with the Sales and Sales Excellence teams. Under the direction of the Senior Manager Sales Finance, the Sales Finance Manager will be key in helping to develop business unit support (Sales) and defining KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Lead monthly pipeline forecast in collaboration with Sales and consolidated P&L reporting for executive leadership
- Perform monthly Orderbook update and change analytics support
- Collaborate across business functions for weekly updates to leadership on performance tracking to Revenue Forecast and Sales Targets
- Lead a Demand Planning process with ISC and Sales to feed SIOP process
- Assist in the build out and management of sales pipeline reporting and KPIs for North America
- Manage and drive formal forecast duties (collaboration with Sales, analytics support for variance and trends, slides for executive leadership team, etc)
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting regarding pipeline portfolio (Revenue recognition, profitability, and timing of projects)
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses and modeling on other financial matters to support Sales / Commercial functions
- Other duties as assigned
