Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will lead the efforts in maintaining latest cost estimates, and driving portfolio analytics related to costs updates. This position will partner with Procurement and Supply chain to update latest cost estimates in Salesforce. This position will focus on supporting Sales Ops and quoting efforts out of Salesforce with support in analytics of portfolio impacts with commodity updates. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Finance, the Financial Analyst will be key in supporting critical processes for developing quotes for customers (new and existing business).

Financial Analyst

Key Job Responsibilities
- Update and improve the ‘Cost Update’ process which impacts quoting in Salesforce
- Project manage all elements pertaining to maintaining the costs assumptions in Salesforce
- Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and Sales Ops to keep Salesforce updated as new products and parts are added
- Perform portfolio impact analysis for cost updates to communicate impacts to executive leadership
- Support ad hoc requests from Sales Ops for maintaining parts and supplier information for quick turnaround to send quotes to customers
- Update our stand-alone price list and manage new parts being added to support Customer Success and Sales Ops team efforts
- Collaborate with other Salesforce superusers and business partners to enhance the overall process and internal business experience
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with supporting quoting
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CRM
- Knowledgeable with Finance and GAAP Revenue Recognition concepts
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with cost accounting preferred
- Experience in Finance related to manufacturing, logistics, or production environments preferred
- Experience with Adaptive preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience with PowerBI preferred
- Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
