Supply Chain Analyst

Worksite Location: Onsite in Chandler, AZ - 4 days a week hybrid schedule

Job Summary

As an Analyst on the Supply Chain Team, you will act as the focal point for initiatives and process improvements for Array’s Integrated Supply Chain organization. This person must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate actions on key initiatives.
• Review, communicate and report across functions.
• Support the Chief Supply Chain Officer on presentation creation (PowerPoint, etc.) and other communications.
• Manage repository of information for the supply chain organization (SharePoint, etc.).
• Formulate and update project plans as required.
• Document meeting action items and follow up.
• Assemble and synthesize data to form insights.
• Work with leadership to develop and manage dashboards to report on KPIs (PowerBI, etc.).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent.
• Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SharePoint, Project, etc.
• Ability to use good judgement, work independently and efficiently complete tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and strong project management skills to successfully handle multiple projects at a time.
• Exceptional time-management skills and can adjust quickly to last minute changes.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• CSCP or PMP certifications.
