Job Description
As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of medical staff.
Your daily tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. With the support of our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your role, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in your care.
A CNA will assist patients with ADL's activities of daily living including but not limited to eating, bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, and range of motion exercises in accordance with plans of care and facility needs.
Obtain patients' vital signs to include temperatures, pulses, and blood pressures.
Track patients' input and output as required.
Change linens according to established schedule and patient needs.
Ensure cleanliness of patients' units to include maintaining an adequate supply of personal care items in accordance with established guidelines.
Complete all appropriate paperwork, chart all patient activity before end of shift.
Assist with admitting and discharging patients.
Provide post-mortem care as needed.
Perform other related duties.
Pay attention to safety regulations.
Complete all scheduled in-service training sessions as required.
Communicate effectively and professionally with ARRC One and Facility management.
Follow ARRC One and Facility policies and procedures.
Maintain current credentialing and certifications.
