Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist (CT Tech) to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in Albany, NY. This is a night shift position, where you will work with a second CT technician to support a busy Emergency Room (ER) and inpatient services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Siemens CT equipment and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and assist with imaging procedures.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.
- Provide patient care and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Follow all safety protocols for radiation use and patient care.
- Be available to work holidays and weekends as needed, including the 7/4 holiday.
Required Qualifications:
- NYS License with IV injection certification.
- CPR Certification (American Heart Association).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech preferred.
- Ability to work midnights (6:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Experience with Siemens CT equipment preferred.
Additional Information:
- Local and Traveler rates applied
- Must be available to work midnights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- Holiday/weekend work may be required
