Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health experience to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The RN will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting the organization’s philosophy, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
- Supervise nursing management team
- Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current, unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
- Prior Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health experience
