Shift:

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Schedule: 8 hours x 5 days

Salary: Based on years of experience.

• Min (0 years experience): $35.62/hr
• Mid (10 years experience): $45.58/hr
• Max (28 years experience): $56.98/hr

Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: 8%
• Night Shift: 11%

Sign-on Bonus:

• $7,500 with 1-year commitment
• $15,000 with 2-year commitment

Relocation Assistance: Full relocation support available

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of previous ICU experience

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Specialty certification in Critical Care or Emergency Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Lewiston, ID. As an ICU RN, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care. This is a permanent position with full-time hours, and we offer both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer medications, and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all aspects of care.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Additional Requirements:

• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire (provided)
• NIH Stroke certification within 3 months of hire (provided)
