We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join a 168-bed long-term care facility in Watertown, NY. This is a contract position, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, for a duration of 13 weeks, with a potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision across four units in the facility, which serves long-term, short-term, and dementia patients.
- Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments of residents.
- Facilitate ER transfers in coordination with medical providers.
- Verify admissions and oversee second checks on orders.
- Utilize PointClickCare eMAR for accurate medication administration and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active New York RN License in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
- Must adhere to a 60-mile radius rule.
Shift Details:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 days/week, 12-hour shifts)
