Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Med Surg unit
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and execute care plans
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
