MINIBAR ATTENDANT | ARRIVE ALBUQUERQUE
POSITION PROFILE
We're looking for an astute and conscientious Mini Bar Attendant that's passionate about organization. In this role, the right candidate will accurately stock, itemize, and clean our highly curated, gourmet in-room mini bars. Taking inventory so guests are appropriately charged and items are re-ordered in a timely manner are essential functions.

Located on Central Avenue (the iconic U.S. Route 66) in Downtown Albuquerque, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub. Originally built in 1965 and opened as Downtowner Motor Inn, this 137-room boutique hotel is bright and comfortable, with a modern southwestern-inspired charm. This easy-going home away from home includes beds outfitted in Bellino Fine Linens, eye-catching floral upholstered headboards, Grown Alchemist bath amenities, Marshall Bluetooth speakers, plush robes, and so much more.

THE TASK AT HAND:
- Handling all things in-room mini bar, from managing inventory to stocking and replenishing an array of curated items after each guest's stay.
- Maintaining an accurate inventory and security of minibar items. Some of our items are irresistible! Ensuring all items listed on the mini bar menu are properly stocked and arranged as directed by the operations team and detail guides.
- Checking the inventory of all guest minibars on a daily basis and posting the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure -Preparing and submitting any paperwork required for audit in an organized and efficient manner
- Ensuring the most accurate and up-to-date occupancy reports are utilized prior to entering a guest room Initiating maintenance requests for necessary repairs and upkeep when you notice issues in guest rooms Removing rubbish, empty, or opened containers from minibar baskets and refrigerators -Abiding by cleanliness, sanitation and organization standards of work areas
- Practicing safe lifting and transporting procedures and adhering to all safety regulations -Maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, customers and fellow team members -Actively listening and immediately respond to all guest inquiries
- Following uniform guidelines -Sharing guest feedback on mini bar items or set-up with supervisors when warranted
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Has a strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality?
- Strong leadership skills and is able to build a cohesive team to achieve the highest quality of customer service
- Displays a strong hands-on approach
- Guest service oriented
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight hours
- Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year experience in a similar position
- All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
