Pharmaceutical STAT Delivery Driver

We are looking for dedicated independent contractor drivers that will pick-up STAT/Emergency medications from our pharmacy located in Indianapolis, IN and deliver them to nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio.

We are looking for responsible and reliable dedicated drivers that can be committed to being available for STAT deliveries Monday - Friday.

We are also looking for Weekend STAT Delivery Drivers.

STAT Deliveries are always picked up from the Pharmacy and they are delivered to Nursing Homes. Mostly Local Nursing Homes, but also Nursing Homes within a 200 mile radius. Even if you do minimal STAT deliveries for the week, the pay adds up quickly.

STAT Deliveries are Time Sensitive and Must be Picked Up within 30 Minutes of when the Order is Submitted and Delivered Right Away.

There are also occasions where you can pick up several STAT Deliveries at a given time.

STAT Deliveries typically come out between 8am and 12pm or later in the evening between 4pm and 8pm. After Hour STAT Deliveries that are ordered after 8pm pay a premium of $30 plus STAT pricing.

$1.00 per mile (Starts from the pick-up location to the drop off location one way)

Weekly Pay range between $500 to $1,000 plus per week.

We will immediately start conducting phone interviews and 2nd round candidates will be asked for a face to face meeting, then hired drivers will be trained on site, then put on the schedule immediately. The official start date for this position will begin ASAP.

Paydays are on Fridays, which will be submitted via Direct Deposit.

REQUIREMENTS:

Professional Appearance
Slacks, Nice Pants and Collared or Nice Shirts only
Nice shorts allowed
Self motivated
Punctual
Great positive attitude
Flexible with work hours
Pharmaceutical Delivery Experience a plus!
Must have an ECONOMICAL VEHICLE (a minimum of 25 miles per gallon or preferably better)
Must have a GPS
MUST HAVE AN ANDROID or APPLE POWERED SMART PHONE - MANDATORY!!!
Must have great customer service skills
Must be responsible
Must be a team player
Must be courteous to our customers and to our patients
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have car insurance, drivers license, and social security card
Most importantly enjoy your job!!
