What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Counter Customer Service 8am-5pm M-F position at Arrow Auto Glass & Door?
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone, talk to customers & setup Windshield appointments
- Using Point Of Sale computer system to order windshields and create invoices
- Run the cash register and enter payments into POS system
- Talk to insurance companies to setup glass claims with customer
- Work front counter sales with walk-in customers & clients
- Knowledge of automotive paint is NOT required but a PLUS!
- Receive freight & stock shelves
- Clean shelves and organize the retail store
Work Experience:
- Customer Service Answering Phones
