Key Responsibilities:
- Safely rig and lift precast concrete components for installation.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and other equipment to move large precast elements.
- Work closely with crane operators and construction teams to ensure precise and efficient placement.
- Inspect rigging equipment and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Precast Rigger, especially in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret rigging diagrams, blueprints, and project plans.
- Certification in rigging and/or crane operation (preferred).
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and on various job sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
