What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administration Manager position at Arrow Construction Holdings LLC?
The Contract Administrator / Manager will work closely with our project managers to create contracts set up within scope of work, review projects on schedule and help our team effectively meet deadlines, manage pre-lien and lien release notices, and bonds as well as other duties as assigned. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating with the project team concerning project details and deliverables
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required
- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up, drafting invoices, pre-liens, liens, and bonds, and retainage bonds maintain W9’s for job, files notice completion paperwork for taxes on jobs, city endorsements and permits, inventory and equipment usage for jobs
- Maintain wage reporting and keeping accurate records for each contract
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
- Setup public drive and shared project management folders within our operating system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum Five years’ experience in Contract Administration
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of B2W Products – Estimate, Track, and Schedule.
- Experience working with computers, basic office equipment, multi-line phone system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Sage software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
