Paving Superintendent needed:
Arrow Construction is looking for a motivated and hard-working skilled Superintendent with 5 or more years of experience with patch paving, wet/dry utility, grading and concrete restoration.
Arrow Construction is an Underground Utility Contractor that specializes in wet and dry utilities, horizontal directional drilling, potholing, patch paving, and concrete restoration work throughout Northern California.
Duties and Qualifications:

Duties and Qualifications:
- All Qualified candidates must be able to manage their crew to work productively and enforce all safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records (Timekeeping, PO receipts, etc.)
- Communicates with management, customers, and vendors.
- Understands and follows verbal and written instructions.
- Communicates with the Supervisor on-site and crew needs.
- Problem solver and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to read plans & specs and work well under pressure.
- Serve as the company representative with the owner, GC, and other first-tier subcontractors.
- All qualified candidates must have a clean valid California Driver's License and will need to provide a current DMV printout.
- All applicants will be required to pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test.
