- What You'll Be Doing :
- Maintain and improve quality system and documentation
- Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications
- In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis
- Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
- Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies
- Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership
- Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty
- What We're Looking For :
- Engineering Degree preferred
- In depth experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
