You: The LV Project Coordinator will be responsible to cover support help for and work alongside the Division Manager, Project Managers, Fire Alarm Engineer and Technicians as needed. Your work week will consist of a hybrid of weekly routines and a variety of daily tasks. Your primary roles will be strongly administrative – communicating information, task completion and organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering Service Calls, E-mail Requests, Greet/Support Visitors and Provide Support for Customers
- Creating Electronic Documents and Saving Pertinent Documents to the Server and Filing all Paperwork in Correct Physical Files
- Entering New Customers and Job Numbers into Accounting Software
- Assisting Accounts Receivables with Invoicing and Billing Questions
- Providing Quality Control on Material Orders and Tracking Status of Purchase Order Completion
- Managing Bidding Process: Gather Information, Complete Prerequisite Documentation, Submit Proposals and Follow-up with Customers
- Assisting in Distributing and Gathering Information, Items and Documents/Paperwork to and from Field Employees
- Maintaining Office Supplies/Inventory
- Supporting all Office Personnel to Efficiently Complete any Administrative Task
- Assisting with Coordination on Awarded Projects – Completing and Submitting Permit Applications, Sending, Logging and Following up on Submittals, RFI’s and Change Orders, Submitting Material Orders, PA One Calls and Coordination with Power Companies & Inspectors
- Distributing Information to Technicians for Jobs – Material, Jobsite Information, Scope of Work, Equipment Rental
- Working with the Division Manager to Track Monthly Expenses and Cost-to-Completes

- Must Have Experience with Microsoft Office Programs and Willingness to Learn New Software Programs
