What You'll Be Doing
- Manage business unit inventory to achieve established metrics meeting all annual SLAs.
- Develop the product management and pricing initiatives and supplier negotiations to ensure profitable sales dollars for the business unit and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic suppliers.
- Oversee the analysis and execution of the business unit and financial inventory plan.
- Maintain accountability for analyzing risk for emerging products/markets.
- Ownership of SMI and all relative activities to reduce Business Unit SMI.
- Ensure business unit performance as measured by sales, gross profit, inventory turns and other goals as established quarterly and annually.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships to drive positive inventory arrangements including scrap, rotations, terms, and other supplier programs.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Work Arrangement
Fully Remote: must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
