The Supplier Development Manager will lead the regional execution and engagement from the global supplier strategy.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build regional relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share in respective suppliers through various programs and marketing activities.
• Accountable to regional execution of the business and sales plan.
• Monitor and forecast performance within the region.
• Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team to execute regional annual goals to advance the business.
• Establish appropriate branch and territory performance review cadence both internally and externally with suppliers to execute strategic initiatives.
• Execute go to market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments aligning regional investment to support.
• Field and resolve supplier and Arrow organization escalations.

What We Are Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or an engineering related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
• Experience within the semiconductor product portfolio.
• Prior supplier marketing success is required, global experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
• Strong existing relationships deep and wide inside the industry.
• Data driven with experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50%. Varies by month and quarter.

Work Arrangement: If in Denver, this position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If in San Jose or Phoenix, this position will be remote; employee must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$84,500.00 - $201,146.88

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
