What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and outside service provider (OSP) engagements.
- Assist in maintaining performance expectations further to enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.
- Will handle more complex discrepancies, interfacing directly with OSPs, and recommend solutions and action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Heavily involved with positive KPI improvement, including on-time delivery (OTD) and minimizing quality issues with the warehouse.
Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process, including but not limited to Direct expedites with test houses (OSPs) and the ability to manipulate and manage account-specific backlog reports with test houses. This includes pulling data, utilizing Excel, and ensuring responses are received back in a timely manner.

Hiring Range : $29.76 - $37.50
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)
