Position : Sales Executive - Citrix Solutions

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth and build strong client relationships within a defined sales territory focused on Citrix solutions. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and executing strategic sales initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Identify critical markets and engage with potential customers within your sales territory while developing solid strategies and relationships for successful solution selling.
  • Demonstrate an extensive understanding of Citrix’s market position and analyze competitors, enabling effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and establish a robust funnel of opportunities through ongoing engagement with partners and customers.
  • Assess and validate partner and customer needs, ensuring alignment with your sales approach for mutual benefit.
  • Drive strategic account planning to set performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones with your clients.
  • Enhance sales and profits by cultivating strong relationships with partners to support the Citrix product line.
  • Lead the planning and management of all RFP activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines while actively participating in contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver account objectives and client expectations effectively.
  • Continuously communicate industry trends and client needs to Arrow leadership.

What We Are Looking For :

  • A proven expert in sales with a specialized understanding of the IT solutions market.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS software solutions sales, particularly in the IT channel.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for both prospecting and nurturing existing relationships.
  • A proactive approach to building strategic business relations and driving revenue opportunities.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a blend of experience and education that demonstrates your capabilities.

    Denver Candidates : Hybrid schedule with in-office days required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Panorama Arrow Building. For all other candidates : Fully remote, with occasional travel to an Arrow office as needed.
