What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Office Manager/Book Keeper position at Arrow Exteriors Inc,?
Previous experience as a front office manager or office administrator would be an advantage. We are looking for an office manager able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a must!
Responsibilities
- Run errands, bank and post office, occasionally pick up construction supplies
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and supplies
- Maintain the office condition
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll and quarterly and yearly reports
Skills
- Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager or Administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School graduate; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
