Lawn Care Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-time Lawn Care Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers by evaluating and diagnosing lawn and ornamental needs. The ideal candidate will use hand and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose lawn and ornamental needs
- Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand and powered equipment
- Schedule and keep appointments with customers
- Identify insects, weeds, fungus conditions, and other conducive conditions
- Explain treatment plans to customers and answer questions
- Collect payments due and suggest additional services

Requirements:
- Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawn care
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess current Driver's License
- Maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
