Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Support Professional to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. In this role, you will be responsible for selling additional services to existing and former customers by phone, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting daily call volume standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Answer multi-line telephone calls and provide administrative support to service centers
- Sell pest control services by phone to existing customers, per company guidelines
- Use CRM software to keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate digital service agreements for new services and schedule appointments for outside sales professionals
- Contact former customers to regain their business and issue certificates and gift cards for customer referrals
- Provide administration and phone support to service centers and escalate and resolve customer grievances
- Maintain timesheets within company policy and complete sales and activity reports as requested by your manager
Requirements:
- Customer Service ' Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- English Language ' Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language
