Warranty Repair Supervisor
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a dedicated full-time Warranty Repair Supervisor to provide outstanding service to our customers. This role involves executing essential carpentry work and conducting termite damage assessments, which may include installations and repairs of gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, and more. This is a salaried position with the opportunity for commission based on your experience.

A Day in the Life as a Warranty Repair Supervisor
In this role, you will collaborate with the SCM to coordinate warranty assessments and repairs. Your responsibilities will include scheduling services, consulting with customers about termite damage liabilities, driving and maintaining a company vehicle, and gathering necessary tools and materials for each project. Your exceptional customer service skills will be vital as you explain the process to customers and answer any questions. Clear communication, whether written or verbal, will be crucial in delivering superb service. You will also be expected to tidy up after project completion and handle any payments due. Your hardworking attitude and attention to detail will significantly contribute to our service center's success and customer satisfaction.
