REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The Integration Analyst will report directly to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Integration Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and EDI systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability across the systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain integrations using SAP BTP, CPI, and API technologies to enable efficient and secure data flow between enterprise systems.
- Monitor and manage EDI transactions (inbound and outbound), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery across business partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, including transmission failures, data mapping discrepancies, and processing errors.
- Develop and implement EDI processes utilizing standard formats such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and XML, tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure correct configuration, testing, and deployment of system integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new integrations opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation on integration mappings, workflows, and procedures.
- Conduct regular integration testing and proactively monitor for anomalies, ensuring compliance with SLAs and system performance benchmarks.
- Optimize integration processes through performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform routine updates and enhancements to integration configurations to align with evolving business needs.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to internal teams on integration tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in system integration, with a strong focus on SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, and EDI technologies.
- Proficient in EDI standards and protocols including EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, and related mapping tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in integration design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of data transmission, validation, and transformation processes.
- Experience working with third-party service providers and managing integration projects involving external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and procurement processes is preferred.
