Position Overview: At Arrow Financial Business Group, you'll be entrusted with an outside sales role in your designated territory. We'll provide you with the necessary skills to engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client emails and phone inquiries promptly
- Scheduling follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs
- Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
- Prospecting new businesses, referrals, and existing clients requiring service
- Cultivating and managing your own book of business
- Collaborating with your sales team manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with local business owners in your territory
- Setting your own working hours and submitting them to your sales manager weekly
- Balancing cold lead generation and warm lead follow-ups effectively
- Providing daily updates on sales metrics and activity

Additional Position Qualifications:
- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer)
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered
- 5-7 Years relevant Experience
Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
