Arrow Ford is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our growing Parts Department. As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our internal service team and external customers by efficiently and accurately fulfilling their parts needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and build strong relationships.
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill parts requests, including locating and ordering parts.
• Offer expert advice on parts selection, including recommending compatible parts and highlighting special offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, availability, and pricing.
• Streamline Parts Operations:
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, including creating quotes and managing inventory.
• Manage incoming and outgoing parts shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay Informed:
• Keep up-to-date on new products, technical bulletins, and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a parts department or automotive industry is required. Former technicians make great parts professionals, too!
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to submit to drug screen and background check
