Auto Accessories & More is the Big Country's destination for vehicle modification. From window tint and spray bed liners to grill guards, bumper replacements, lighting, and suspension, you can find everything you need to make your vehicle faster, louder, lifted, or more uniquely you at Auto Accessories & More. We are part of the Arrow Ford family of brands and are located next to the Ford dealership at 3995 S. 1st Street.
Auto Accessories & More is growing a seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Accessories Sales Associate. This person will help customers achieve their automotive goals and make their accessories vision come to fruition, from selecting and ordering parts to scheduling installation with our experienced technicians.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicle accessories by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Be the vehicle accessories expert. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure referral and repeat business.
- Effectively track performance and meet individual and department sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and basic math skills
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail and/or automotive industries
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
