HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Full-time
Arrow Glass Industries, a residential, multifamily, and commercial glass company is looking for an Human Resources Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong focus on employee relations. Responsibilities include various office functions to include but not limited to answering employee questions, creating, distributing and scanning documents, maintaining the company's HRIS system, processing new hire paperwork, pre-screen applicants and new hire onboarding, filing, etc. Experience in Word, Excel, Access a plus. Must have good verbal communication skills while maintaining confidentiality. * Must have minimum 2 years HR experience. Must be bilingual.
Hours are Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm. Starting pay $15.00 per hour (non-negotiable). Serious inquires need apply.
