What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precision Grinder position at Arrow Grinding?
Position Overview:
We have been in business for over 65 years and are one of the top Precision Grinding companies in the country. We are looking for top notch people to set-up and operate CNC and manual centerless grinding machines. We do exciting work on a variety of parts and bar stock for the semiconductor, medical, aerospace, etc. industries.

Job Requirments:
- Centerless grinding or manual machining experience.
- Ability to use micrometers.
- Ability to perform simple math calculations and possess problem-solving skills.
- Strong mechanical abilities.
- Ability to make minor tool adjustments.
Job Duties:
- Set-up machines including wheel changes
- Load & unload parts / bars into machine
- Adjust machine based on size measurements

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
