We are seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team in Carson City, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in Med Surg / Telemetry and be able to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
