About the Role:

• Skillfully deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical Surgical (Med Surg) setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
