Arrow Marketing was founded in 1995 and has grown to become one of the nation's largest sales and marketing companies. We’re on the hunt for talented individuals looking for a high-income position by selling energy services to consumers at assigned stores. We operate in dozens of states, sell across multiple different industries, and work with the greatest brands in their space. Many of our Sales Representatives have been with AMG for 5 years.

Position Summary

Arrow Marketing is actively searching for Retail Sales Representatives and Management to engage with prospective customers in an assigned store and advise on the benefits of choosing a subscription energy plan for their home. This is a unique service that no other energy supplier offers customers to date. A typical enrollment takes around 10-15 minutes, and you should expect to enroll one customer per hour or more. An above average income is possible along with the potential to become a manager in the future. Many of our managers have earned well into the 6 figures. You do not need a sales or retail background. If you like talking to people and are eager to make a great income this may be a good fit for you.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Arrow and our energy partner as an ambassador to expand our client’s customer base at your assigned major retail store

• Engage prospective customers by initiating conversations.

• Utilize approved, proven-to-be-successful talk tracks when engaging with customers.

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals set each month

• Provide peer to peer leadership in the field to help the team meet or exceed sales goals.

• Motivate and create positive, uplifting work environment

Qualification Requirements

• Meet and exceed minimum sales production guidelines.

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holiday shifts

• Strong people skills

• Self-starter who approaches work with integrity and passion every day

• Ability to commute reliably to locations
• No experience needed & all applicants will be considered for employment
• Must be 18 years and older

Expected Deliverables

• Enroll at least one customer per hour or 6 customers in a 6-hour shift

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
