Arrow Medical Group is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our team in Durham, NH, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available. As a CMA, you will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with daily care tasks, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications to patients in accordance with healthcare protocols
- Accurately document medication administration and patient observations
- Assist with daily living activities, as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience required (minimum)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- LNA License CMA certification in New Hampshire
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
