Process Technician - for a manufacturing car company . 2nd and 3rd shift
Experience in injection molding is a MUST.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, or materials to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process adjustments, production data, and any issues encountered.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement process improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to company safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
Work environment that encompasses both office spaces and advanced manufacturing facilities specializing in plastic injection molding technology.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is critical for ensuring the quality of automotive components.
- Training in regulatory requirements for automotive and EV industries to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
