Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies evaluating their potential impact on the business, and recommending strategic investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities across various business units and develop customized solutions to address specific challenges
- Establish partnerships with external AI vendors, research institutions, and startups to leverage external expertise and accelerate innovation
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability
- Stay abreast of AI research advancements, industry best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure all AI initiatives remain at the forefront of innovation and compliance
- Build and lead a high-performing team of AI experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in AI research, development, and implementation

- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
