This person will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance along with building out the accounting and finance function, implementing processes, and overall helping to set the company up for more growth.
Responsibilities
- Owning all monthly close activities
- Monthly financial reporting company wide
- Comparison of monthly and year-to-date actuals to budgets
- Quarterly reporting to banks including statement of cash flow and WIP
- Semi-annual and annual reporting including footnotes
- Annual preparation of budgets with divisions and semi-annual updates
- Other projects as directed by owners
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-12 years of related experience within the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Willing to be in an “all hands on deck” position
