Responsibilities
- Review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Manage the external audit and tax reporting processes
- Oversee the fund’s operations and credit facility maintenance
- Oversee and manage third-party fund administrator
- Prepare and analyze funds financial data and operating metrics for quarterly review presentations
- Prepare forecasted and projected financials, strategic initiatives, and industry cycle overview
- Monitor liquidity and assess capital needs
- Manage investor capital calls and distributions
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 9-12 years of experience within public and private accounting
- Fund accounting and real estate experience required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and financial reporting technical skills
- Experience managing staff through large projects
- Experience with financial systems
