The Senior Associate will be primarily responsible for preparing annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements.

The Senior Associate will be primarily responsible for preparing annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the firm’s preparation of financial statements including statement of cash flows
- Perform initial and ongoing consolidation analyses for partnerships, general partner, and management company entities
- Prepare and maintain footnote disclosures to support quarterly and annual financial statements
- Monitor and analyze disclosures of asset management companies
- Develop and maintain corporate financial reporting policies to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting
- Evaluate the impact of new and emerging accounting standards, and draft disclosures for the company’s quarterly and annual financial statements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Prior public accounting experience and SEC Reporting experience
- CPA required
- Strong US GAAP accounting expertise
- Experience with Workday a plus
