Our client is a global real estate company looking to hire a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to sit at their NYC HQ to provide level 1 support for various NYC teams. This position comes with lots of opportunity for growth and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside and remote support to specific NYC teams (approx. 200 users)
- Troubleshoot all level 1 escalations through ServiceNow ticketing system in a primarily Windows environment
- Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Maintenance of network component inventory, printers, and other hardware items
- 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support role (Level 1 – 2)
- Experience supporting Windows environments, MS office suite, Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile support (iOS and Android)
- Strong communication skills, ability to provide white glove deskside support
- Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience supporting MAC users
