Responsibilities
- Provide organizational support to ensure the accuracy of payroll for the US and Canada and process input and validation of data changes
- Process employee payroll inquiries including verification of employment and direct deposit information
- Coordinate payroll and vendor invoicing and internal and external audit requests
- Streamline process improvement to identify potential efficiencies and develop innovative solutions to enhance payroll systems
- Collaborate with the finance department to support account reconciliation, funding, and general ledger support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of payroll experience preferable at a financial services firm
- Experience with ADP or workday preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
