Our client is a leading asset manager within the digital assets industry that offers a variety of public and private investment products. The Project Manager will support the firm by leading cross-functional projects critical to the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage firm-wide projects, initiatives, and work streams while also working collaboratively with functional leaders within the firm
- Oversee work plan development by initiating and tracking work plans
- Assign accountability for each initiative and design meeting cadence to ensure timely execution
- Develop milestones, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure initiatives are properly documented and maintained
- Develop, maintain, and present training materials to relevant stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field
- 4-7 years project management experience within the asset management space
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge in digital currencies is strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker able to collaborate and brainstorm with leaders at all levels across several business strategies
