Our client is a leading global independent investment bank with a focus on M&A and restructuring is looking for a Reporting & Analysis Associate. The ideal candidate comes from the banking space within a rotational program.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline management/revenue forecasting
- Prepare top-line forecasts across all products, regions, and sectors of the firm
- Prepare revenue reports and perform analysis of latest forecast and estimates
- Coordinate with business managers to stay abreast on the latest deal updates and information
- Coordinate with Accounting on latest revenue bookings, revenue recognition issues, and engagement letter interpretation
- Define and report on operating metrics and utilize data analytics to create and manage dashboards with visibility into both Firm and banker performance
- Develop customized reporting capabilities for the business management group
- Evaluate current reporting needs and execute changes to improve efficiency and data integrity
- Prepare year end banker review materials
- Support business management colleagues as necessary on data management, administration & maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in the professional services industry preferred
- Strong computer skills with experience in Salesforce a plus
- Good understanding of investment banking profession and business or willingness to learn
