Senior Project Manager

About The Company

Our client is a global alternative asset manager with over $750 billion in AUM with a focus on renewable power, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate. The Senior Project Manager will be part of the group responsible for ensuring consistent technology infrastructure and for project delivery activities for various business groups to improve and extend services.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope and objectives of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete a project
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures ensuring that all financial records for the project are up-to-date
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis
• Execute the project, refine, and manage performance against the work plan
• Ensure IT risk and compliance due diligence is applied
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
• 7-10 years of IT project management experience
• Process Improvement Methodology certification a plus
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Experience in large application or infrastructure delivery projects
• Vendor management experience a plus
• Prior experience with Salesforce, FIS DX and/or financial applications
• Experience managing security or IT infrastructure projects
  
  

Salary Range

$130,000-$150,000
