Responsibilities
- New client due diligence
- Onboarding of new clients
- Check inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing
- Review counterparty confirmations against the firm’s system for inaccuracies
- Generate, review, and send trade confirmations
- Send brokers’ end-of-day reports
- Handle all discrepancies enabling AR to invoice properly
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Series 3 a plus
