With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add Client Success Manager to our team for the Pennsylvania region. This position will be FULLY remote!
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Salesperson to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales individual is to reach out to potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups, presenting our security guard services, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team or BDM's. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our security guard services.
- Utilize a provided database (Zoom Info and HubSpot) and conduct research to identify relevant leads and potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for the outside sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about the industry trends, services, and competition to effectively convey our value proposition.
Position Requirements
- 5 or more years of sales experience
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Ex: Excel and Word
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in the security industry a plus
- Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to identify and communicate effectively with decision makers
- Winning attitude
Compensation: $75,000- $80,000 Annually Commission
