Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours
• Respond to emergency's
• Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
• Additional tasks as needed
• Must have a command presence and stay alert.
• Must be able to deescalate a situation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of security guard experience
• Valid Driver's License
• HS Diploma/GED
• Computer literacy
• Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic
